Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to the website's return policy. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my products that appear in the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that I offer. All product descriptions or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at my sole discretion. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. I do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Billing and Account Information:

I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that I make a change or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in my store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Applicable Law:

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods or other international laws is expressly excluded. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Israeli courts. In the event that any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. These terms do not grant rights to any third parties or to you.

Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements by which we provide you with services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable nonetheless, such provision shall be deemed severable from these terms, and it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These terms shall not be construed as granting any rights to you or any third parties in favor of Reuven Zukerman and the website and store of Reuven Zukerman.

Shipping:

Shipping within Israel: 7-10 business days with home delivery.

International Shipping: Up to 21 business days.

Orders with home delivery service will typically arrive within 7-10 business days to most areas in Israel,

and may take longer for remote areas.

Shipping Costs: 150 ILS within Israel 100 USD for international shipping

International Shipping and Handling:

Your order may be held by local customs in your country or delayed by the destination's postal service or other delivery providers. In some countries, import duties may be imposed, and in some cases, Value Added Tax (VAT) may apply. Reuven Zukerman is not responsible for any delays, including those caused by customs clearance, courier or postal services, and more. Reuven Zukerman also does not cover any import duties, VAT, or other charges imposed on you by the destination's customs or other government entities. In case of non-delivery or unclaimed packages, the shipping provider typically returns the item to Reuven Zukerman within two months or the original shipping timeframe. Reuven Zukerman may charge you for shipping and additional services if you request the items to be resent to you.
